My food for today.
Meal replacement shake and Almond milk. 150
Peas and 1/2 tablespoon butter 210
Chocolate chips 160
Mash potatoes 360
Turkey bacon 200
No excersises because I was on the couch hurting. Yes no excuses but being tired and hurting I let it slide today.
